Natural Language List Building Now Supported for Leads

What's new?

The Amplify natural language list builder now supports Lead list generation using Bullhorn Mapping and Extended Field Mapping conditions. You can describe the Leads you want to target in plain language, and Amplify will correctly interpret and apply those field types when building the list.

Why does it matter?

Lead records in Bullhorn often carry data captured through Bullhorn Mapping and Extended Field configurations, particularly in environments connected to Erecruit or similar ATS integrations. Without support for these field types, recruiters and staffing managers couldn't use natural language to segment or target Lead records that relied on that data. This update makes AI-assisted list building practical for Lead-based workflows, extending the same capability already available for Contacts, Candidates, and Companies.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all Amplify customers using Natural Language List Building. To use it, open the list builder, select Leads as your list type, and describe your target audience as usual.
